短期で車を持つのはいろいろ厄介であるがCypress auto martでは下記のような買取保障があるのでここで購入することとした。安くはないが売るのに気をもまずにすむ。またより高額で売れるのならそちらで売り払っても何の問題もない。

In addition to the agreed upon price (say $10,000) you need to pay 5% tax ($500),
Registration, plates & title ($86). This makes the total $10,586.00

We sometimes sell cars for 3 to 12 months and we sign a contract with the customer
(as below). Calculating the deductions below for 5 months, we will
buy back your $10,000 car for about $7,780: ($10,000 - $2,220).



Re-Purchase Agreement
This is to certify that we have sold the vehicle:
2000 Toyota Sienna LE, with 84,391 miles to Mr. XYZ for the amount of $6,490.00,
and that we will purchase it back at a price reached by:

1. Deducting $18.00 per day for the first 3 months from the date of purchase.
After 3 months, the deduction will become $10.00 per day for the balance of usage.
The maximum deductions should not exceed $3,700.00 for the first year.

2.Deducting any body, mechanical or safety repairs it may need at the end of the
agreement period, over and above $500.00

3.Deducting $0.10 per mile over and above the expected 1,000 miles per month
(33 miles per day)

We guarantee that the car will pass State Inspection and includes 60 day powertrain
warranty.
